Returns

coffee – Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and the freshness standards we guarantee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if we’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact our support team at info@samraorganiccoffee.com for assistance.

Shipping​

We ship directly to you, and it may take 3-5 business days for your order to arrive after placing it. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.  All orders over $50  enjoy free shipping.
